Friend request on Ace not sending approval link to parent account

I am trying to add a friend on my daughters fitbit ace account.  I have followed all of the steps, however, I am not receiving a request through on parent view to approve the friend request.

 

What can I do?

@Emdew Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your friend can't be added to your Family account. Please take a look at this help article and make sure that you are following the steps that explain how to add a family member to your Family account.
