Has there been a recall for Ace 2?

Hi all, just wondering if there has been any recalls or actions taken regarding the Ace 2 and children getting bad marks on there arms for there use of it? Both of my children get very bad marks from the Ace 2.

As far as I am aware, there have been no recalls on the Ace 2.  Most of the posts that I've seen where people have gotten marks on their arm are from people either doing one (or all) of the following:

1.) Wearing the band way too tight.  The band should be able to rest comfortably above your wrist about 2 finger widths high and be able to move around a little.

2.) They don't clean the band.  For instructions on how to do this click here.

3.) The person may have an allergic reaction to particular bands.  If this is the case, you can buy other compatible bands, either through Fitbit or a third party site like eBay or Amazon.
