I’m trying to remove a child from My Family.
I’m using a Fitbit sense 2 in iOS. Latest app and latest firmware.
When I go into My Family and remove a child, and confirm, it says I’m being sent an email to confirm… but I never get the email. It’s not in my spam either.
i tried many times for the past 2 weeks, and I never get the email.

I had a similar problem. In your Fitbit ap, press your profile icon on top left, go to Notifications and make sure to accept the Messafes options (if I remember correctly, in doubt activate all of them and eventually remove them).

I've had the same problem. Dopovo's reply fixes the issue.
