Haven't received refund for Ace 3

It was a year ago and I mailed it registered. When I sent it it showed u received the return but I never received the refund. It was brand new for a gift but the recipient did not want it so I mailed it back.
I’ve tried calls and it always just gos to busy and when I emailed it said to call an it was a no working number. I sent it back with in 30 days. I paid 74. And change. It was a child’s Fitbit

Hi @Freds44  the Ionic cost far more than $74 and was not a child's Fitbit. Which device are you wanting your refund for?
