How do I change 24 hour to 12 hour format?

I've read previous posts about this and tried various troubleshooting ideas, but nothing has helped change one of my daughter's Aces from the 24 to 12 hour format. Please advise.

Welcome to the Forums, @JTra.

 

Regarding your inquiry, if you want to change the format of the time, you need to do the following:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon 
     
     > Settings > Personal Info.
  2. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units. 
  3. Click Submit and sync your device.

As I enter the Advanced Settings page, I see:

Time Zone

- Set Automatically

- Time Zone

 

- Units

- Start Week On

- Location

 

- Sleep Sensitivity

 

These are the only things I see under 'Advanced,' nothing about Clock Display Time.

You are doing this from the fitbit.com dashboard not the Fitbit app right? Can you provide me with screenshots of what you are seeing?.

Yes, here are two screenshots. 

 

The first is a pic of what I see in the acct. prior to entering into Advanced Settings.

Thanks for getting back and for the screenshots, @JTra.

 

You are doing this procedure from the Fitbit app instead of the fitbit.com page. You need to open your phone's browser, type fitbit.com, enter your information and from there make the changes wanted. After all this, open the Fitbit app and sync the unit.
