How do I change/add sex, height and birthdate to child account?

Hi. I created my daughters account but didn’t add this information at the time and now cannot find a way to add it. Anyone have any tips? Thanks.

Hi, don’t worry, I’ve found it, I can’t see the details in parent view by the looks of it but I can see it in the child’s view, thanks.

PLEASE can you tell me where you were able to edit this? I've looked everywhere in kids view and parent view under that child but cannot see where to edit...

@Daisy1828 Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, please tap on the "Account" icon from your Dashboard, then tap on "My Family", tap on your child's name, tap on "Switch to Kids view", go to "menu". Finally, tap on "Privacy" and you'll be able to select the profile settings that you need to change.

Hi. I can't find the My Family section.

I need to change my son's birthdate because, even though I entered it correctly when setting him up, it has defaulted to the set-up date, albeit the correct year.

I can find my the profile info in the app but birthdate is the one item that it won't let me edit. And I can't find the profile info at all via the fitbit.com dashboard.

Your instructions show how to change privacy visibility, not edit information like an incorrect birthdate. Can you please tell us how to edit the birthdate? My daughters is one digit off. Thank you in advance!
