  • I accidently put in 15 instead of 16 during set-up. App wont let me edit it's so I went to dashboard but I cant find it.

Birth date is in the profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Thx, but the link brings me to my own info. I am trying to edit a child account I made. I chatted with someone from Fitbit and he/she said that it wasn't possible to change it. I guess the simple typo i made during set-up cant be fixed. I asked the rep. if he could change it for me from his end, but he said no. 😕
