Hi, I've just brought my son a Ace2 and finally got round to setting up the family account on my app on my phone, so how do I now get the Ace to link with his kindle? Do i need to download the app?? Do I sign in?? Or sign up? I'm sooo confused. Xx

@Rosierose83 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about the connection between the Ace 2 and the Kindle Fire, I'm afraid to say that the Kindle Fire is not in the Supported Devices list. This is the reason why the Ace 2 can't sync with it.

 

However, you can go ahead and give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests the compatibility of this device.

 

The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers and developers.
