Hi,
Does anyone know how I log into my child's account. I have an old fitbit account and am linked to her as a friend but I can't remember how I can log into her account (I don't recall setting one up, she doesn't have an app) and as her fitbit ran out of battery the time now needs to be reset. Much appreciate any help with this.

If you don't have a Family account, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I set up Ace for my child?" and follow the instructions.
For instructions on how to fix the time on a Fitbit device, please visit this site.
