How do I see my daughter's stats?-Ace 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought my daughter an Ace 2 for Christmas. It’s all set up and linked to my Fitbit app - is switch between parent and kid view. When I log in to my account on the iPad to see my dashboard, I can’t see any way to sync my daughters fitbit so that she gets her own dash board or a section on mine? Is this possible? Am I able to add it to my dashboard as another device in some way so that I can switch between the 2? She wants to be able so see her badges etc. Thanks, Kris

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MissKLB.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

For instructions on how to sync your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?".

When you created a Fitbit Child account, a new Dashboard for your daughter was created. To see her stats in the Fitbit app, you can visit this article, open the menu "How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.

  • There is no option to add your daughter's Fitbit Dashboard nor a section on your Fitbit Dashboard.
  • Currently, Fitbit Ace devices can be set up to Fitbit Child accounts only.

Hope this helps.

Im using my iPhone with iOS 15.1 for both my charge 5 and my daughter’s ace 2. In order to switch I have to navigate to the other’s account (kind of a pain if you ask me), then swipe the app all the way closed.  When I reopen the app, the new device syncs.  I have to repeat this process to switch back to the other device.

Is there any chatter about enabling face/touch ID to toggle between kid and parent accounts?  I end up not syncing my daughter’s Fitbit as often as I would because there are so many steps required to switch back and forth.  If the developers could ultimately enable both to appear in the same dashboard, that would be ideal.  Thanks!
