Hello, I got an Ace 3 for my 9 year old who doesn't have a smartphone. I downloaded the FitBit app from the Microsoft Store to my laptop. However, I do not see the option for Ace 3, only for Ace and Ace 2. Someone please advise on how I find Ace 3 from the FitBit app that is now on my laptop.

Hello, thank you for kindly responding to me. I resolved my matter. I since realized I needed to just create a FitBit Family account, which I am in the process of doing currently. THanks again
