How do I stop my messages from my phone, from going to my sons Ace 3?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @GirlBoyMom. Thank you for sharing your messages inquiry.

 

To stop the messages from your phone you should go into the Bluetooth menu on your phone, click on your Ace 3, and turn off system notifications. This way you don’t have to turn off your kids goals and congratulatory notifications with DND.
