Hello, 

 

I add my kid to my family in my account.and it it also now connected to her iPod touch but I want to undo this. is that possible ?

@sigridengelen Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

 

I'm happy to answer your question about Family accounts. You can connect the Fitbit Ace to your kid's iPod touch. Please access your account from the iPod touch and go to your Family account. From there, set up the tracker once again. From now on, it will be linked to the iPod touch only. Keep in mind that in order to set up the Ace is necessary having a family account.
