No my daughters minion just sleeps all day. Getting no cheering response for anything. Just sleeping. How do I fix this ? Thank you

To wake up the screen you double tap it. Turn on or off the ability to wake your tracker with a firm double tap. Note that your screen must be off for at least 10 seconds for this setting to take effect. She may have accidentally enabled the DND (do not disturb mode) If so Notifications,goalcelebrations,andreminders are muted. Look at the quick settings on the tracker and make sure the DND mode is not illuminated.
