I just bought two Ace 2's for my 8 and 9 year olds. I set up my 9-year old's and went to set up my 8-year old's and add it to my family account but it said "Switching? There's already a Fitbit Ace 2 connected to your account already." Does this mean that I can only have one Ace 2 on my account? How is this supposed to work with multi-children families?? I just want to set this up for the kids today!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Emmcleod1.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and would like to advise that you can add several child accounts to your Fitbit family account. Please confirm the instructions in this help article: How do I add more child accounts to my Fitbit family account?
Hope this helps.
