Multiple concerns here:
I purchased an Ace 2 for my son. He does not own his own "device" so I set his account up on my phone. When I log onto fitbit.com on my computer, I can not access anyone on the family account even though I am logging on with the same username that I set the family account up under. What is the deal with this?
I want to change my son's Ace 2 time from 12 hour to 24 hour format but don't see a mechanism to do this. Previous comments from other patrons would lead me to believe that this is not possible -- which is ridiculous. If I could access the settings on fitbit.com for the Ace 2 I believe I could do this.

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post. As it turns out and just as stated in your post, it's not possible to change the format from 12 to 24 hour on Fitbit Ace and Fitbit Ace 2 devices. I found a feature suggestion that was posted in our Ideas Board, suggestion in which you can participate with a vote and your comments. Even though the current status is Not Currently Planned, this doesn't mean that we do not evaluate the information and input that's received there to make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.
