Still no update? Our DD can’t tell the time with 24hr clock. Is there an ETA on this fix?

Any solution to this problem yet?

Just bought two ace 2 today and been trying to change the time format on them.

It's on 24 h on mine and 12 h on my kids. Really annoying. Wouldn't have bought them for the kids if I've known this.

Hi,

I just got 2 Ace 2s for my kids, created a family account and connected one to a Samsung Smartphone, the other to an iPad, so each of them can use a separate app. The one connected to an iPad set itself on a 24hour clock, the other on a 12 hour clock. Kids are confused and so am I, they both have the same settings and are connected to the same family account, why is it different? Why is it not simply configurable?

Please get it sorted, it ruins the otherwise great first impression.

Best,

Arek

The only reply iv gotten from Fitbit was months ago saying they are ooking into the issue. Both kids watches are on 24 hour clock. Its extremely frustrating that a company as establishesd as Fitbit can't get a simple  thing like this right.

Sorry for any trouble this could have caused to you.

This issue still exists on Jan 17 2020.

Users who are thinking about purchasing Fitbit Ace 2 should beware.

I cant believe FitBit hasn't fixed this yet..

Going to return the two Fitbits I bought today as not fit for use.

This issue combined with the fact that you cant change to international date format makes this unusable for a 6 year old who this is targeted for.
