You know, I loved my Fitbit. Currently on my 3rd one. 1st, my charge 3 stops syncing. I have to play with it now to get it to go. Now, I get my daughter the Ace2 and family account is ridic! My profile no longer shows my sleep which was the whole reason for upgrading. I had to “add a device” to get it to go. Now I have 3 flipping views on the Fitbit app. I want to delete the family profile and it tells me I can’t because I have to delete my daughter first. Well it won’t let me. Help

Hi @Magezoot, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? I'd like to let you know that main guardians must remove all members from the Fitbit family account before deleting the account. Note that removing a child from the family account also deletes the child’s Fitbit account and all related data. Then, to delete a family account please follow the next steps:

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you so much! I currently use my iPhone 8 with iOS 13.3. The app doesn’t appear to have a spot to delete the child profile, but somehow someway I was able to get the Ace2 to update and sync properly and my charge 3 is now syncing properly as well. The family profile on iOS is not “friendly” and it isn’t easy to figure out at all. I’m working through it but the setup could use some work.
thank you again!

I did this, but it is saying that it takes 7 days to delete a child’s account
