How to find sleep data/stages on Child account on phone or web app?

New to Fitbit, Linked Ace Kids as family account to my Versa, but cannot get to dashboard of Ace on either Android phone or website - what are the steps?

Thanks for your inquiry regarding the sleep information and family account. Before considering other options, make sure that you've setup the Fitbit Ace from your child's account, and not your own personal account (parent view). You should be able to view the sleep tracking of your child by clicking the sleep tile with the moon (in the dashboard) from your child's account. 

Regarding the sleep stages information,unfortunately Fitbit needs heart rate data in order to calculate sleep stages so they won't be able to add this to the Ace, but you should be able to see the regular sleep data. 

Please note that your family account is not linked to the Versa, it would be linked to your Fitbit account. You can find more information here on how to manage the family account:
