hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has set up a family account? I set one up and have my daughter on it. I cant get her info when I log onto my computer. I want to change her watch to 12 hr rather then 24. thanks 🙂

You will need to go into your "Account Settings" and then "My Family" to access her account.  Find her profile and select "Switch To Child View".  Then you will be able to access the Clock Face Gallery.  Select a clock face, and then sync her tracker.  To see your info again, you will need to go into her settings and then select "Switch To Parent View" and type in your password.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up and would like to know if you were able to manage your daughter's info after following the great advice from my friend @DramaQueenDiva.
