From the time I got this fitbit for my child, I pressed the side of the button to try and see something other than a screen that kept telling me to download fitbit app. I am unable to find a solution.
I tried to add him as a family, they kept saying that the username is used. And I believe the username created cannot be used by anyone because I go via the keyboard with random letters example QWerZXCf1234
any help will be appreciated
