How to set up height on child's account?

Setting up my child's Fitbit and it never asked any questions about him. Now i cant find how to enter his height etc to get an accurate step count.

Hi, @Emmarae123, if it didn't ask you that question, are you sure you set up the Ace under your child and not on your own account?  You should see the Ace under Kid view, not on your main account.

To add the height, on your account go to My Family, then choose your child.  On the next screen scroll down to "Switch to Kid View"

When you are in Kid view choose account.  There you should see 

-- Your child's name

-- My Family

-- Ace

Click on child's name.  Click on "Personal".  Choose "height" and add that info.

If you don't see the Ace under Kid View, follow the instructions to set it up there.
