How to track more activities other than steps on dashboard?

We are new to the Ace 2. My son wore his Ace 2 to bed last night and nothing tracked on his device and on the app, nothing transferred other than his steps.

Is there a way to see more on the app. His active minutes are also not showing.

Did I miss a step in the set up?

 

To clarify, no sleep data transferred.
