How to turn off call notifications on Ace 3 from a Samsung

I've tried to turn off the call notifications from my child's ace 3 and they are still receiving them. The Bluetooth option doesn't work as I only get an error message to connect to the app. Pinching the sides of the ace 3 only gives me the option to turn on dnd which I don't want to do as I still want them to receive their congratulations messages. 

Please help!
