How to view kid's view on web-base Dashboard?

on fitbit.com is there a way to switch to my childs info i cant find it if so please help.

@Mandalina123 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding your inquiry about how to switch to your kid's view on the web-based Dashboard, I'm afraid to that you can only view your child's information through the Fitbit app.

This is very disappointing. Do you plan to fix this ? Fitbit for kids is expensive why do not offer same service as adult ?

And it's SUPER unhelpful when my child has silent alarms set that are greyed out and cannot be deleted from the app. All the information online says to login via a web browser and delete the alarms from there... but how can I find a way to delete these non-usable alarms without online access apart from the app? 🤷‍:female_sign:

And if anyone can tell me why the alarms duplicated when I set them for my son that would be very helpful too. Because it seems there is a bug at work here... (each of the 3 alarms duplicated and the duplicate is greyed out. I want to delete them)
