Just finished setting up my daughter's Ace, headache. But how can I view her stats from computer dashboard and how can she logon to computer version Fitbit? Many thanks.

@newcomer2018 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm glad to hear that you managed to set up the Fitbit Ace. I'm sorry about the hard time you had during the process.

 

Regarding your inquiry about how to view your daughter's stats through a computer, I'm afraid that this option is not available. Your daughter's account can be viewed through your Fitbit app only since her account is attached to your Fitbit Dashboard through the app.

 

Please check out this help article which explains extra information about how to manage your family account and how to view your child's stats through the app.
