I can’t link my child’s Inspire HD to our family account

Hi, when I try to activate a family account for my child it only gives options for Ace devices but not for Inspire. Is that the only option?

Hi @Arnanas 

 

Your child needs an Ace style in order for them to have a family account. The other styles of Fitbit are for ages 13 (in the USA), 16 (Europe) and up. If your child is that age, set up as you would your own device.
