I cannot see my kids fitbit on my profile anymore?!?

I have my kids Fitbit Ace (2) set up under my family on my profile as i update them on my phone. All of a sudden i do not have access to view my kids fitbits.

 

I click in create family account and it says i already have a family account created...which i do, however it wont let me view them!!? 

what do i do??
