I’m stuck in kids view

I’m using an iPhone and am stuck in kids view. When I select “Switch profile in Family” a white screen flashes up briefly before reverting back to the screen where I can select “switch profile”. I have two kids linked to my profile and was able to get from one into the other earlier today, but when I went to switch back to parent view, no options come up. Suuuuuuper frustrating as I use my personal Fitbit data daily (and the kids hardly ever!). Sooo gutted. Have tried closing the app, running updates, and turning my phone off - hoping it would revert to parent mode automatically, to no avail. If I delete the app, does all my data disappear?

This happens to us all the time now. 
we have to delete the app and re download from the App Store. Luckily all the history (steps and sleep anyway) remain after reinstalling. 
only way to avoid it seems like creating google accounts for the kids then updating Fitbit to google.

This is happening to me as well!  So frustrating!  For a week or so, I couldn't get to see my kid under the 'Family' part; turned it off, did an update, etc., and I was finally able to see the kid's account, but then it got stuck there!  It's been about a week now, and I can't get back to the parent view!  There's no option to sign out from the kids view, and when clicking 'Switch Profile in Family', no parent profile/account is showing.

Just delete and reinstall the app. You do not lose your account or it's data.

Did you find a solution to this? I’m stuck in my son’s page and cannot get back to my page, it’s really frustrating! 
Surely there has to be a better way for this to work

It is frustrating hey! Just delete and reinstall the app. All your data stays as it’s linked to the Fitbit account.

Hello, after removing supervision on my daughther, she still see only kids device on fitbit app.
