I want to recover my child's account after 30 days.

My daughter got a Fitbit account created 24th of December. We tried a device but it was not a kidwatch, so did not work. We deleted her account and sent the watch back. A week later she picked a fitbit kids watch instead, andnow we can not register her google email again. First it said to wait 30 days and try again. Now, after 30 days it says: "Since you deleted Fitbit from your Google Account, you'll need to sign in again with a new account."

As a google family member, this does not work like is jus create one more email for her. And the existing account she's have already actively in use, and she need's it, no option to delete it! This is way overreacted from fitbit, and for me it seems like i will have to send this one back too. Not sure why is this have to be so overcomplicated...

You should be logging in with the child's Googke account, and not the child's email address.
