If I knew the hassle to sync my kid's Ace 2

It's a giant hassle to sync my kid's Ace 2. I'm really annoyed that syncing on my account doesn't also sync the family child accounts. And that it requires a password to switch back to parent view. So I either have to lessen my account security to something that I can remember and type easily on a daily or 2x daily basis.... Or I have to spend 5 minutes fiddling with everyone's profiles and logins.

My kid doesn't have their own phone. They don't have access to my phone. All these security layers are completely overdesigned...

And if I knew in advance how much of a daily hassle it would be, I would not have purchased a Fitbit product for my kid.

Product fail, Fitbit.

Hi @Bubblesnaily - Please keep in mind that there are a lot of federal regulations that Fitbit must satisfy in order to create a child’s account. The devices are designed to comply with those regulations. They are not “over designed.”
