Incorrect association of the Ace 2 on Fitbit account

Hi all, I purchased an Ace 2 for my 8 year old daughter. I don't have a fitbit. Due to her age I was unable to create an account for her, so I had to set it up in my name. The problem is that now the system thinks that I am wearing the device (age/weight/stride length etc). What do I do so that the single device and all of its data is associated with my daughter and not for me?

Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Isar. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with creating an account for your daughter and setting up the Ace 2 tracker. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend confirming the steps to set up the Ace 2 tracker in this help article: How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?

For more information about the Ace 2, see here.

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
