Install Alarm App in mobile but already installed

Hi trying to set alarm on my kid's Ace2, when we swipe to Alarm app, it says install Alarm app from mobile app.  but When I go to the mobile app, devices, Ace 2, Apps, My Apps, it says Alarm is already installed("installed" grayed out button)? any idea?
