I must need my head examined. I gave into to one of my kids and ended up buying another fitbit, this time an Ace 2 for my youngest daughter. After a horrendous time trying to set up my other daughters Fitbit, I lost the will to live trying to get the Ace 2 to sync and update firmware on my laptop.
EVENTUALLY got it sorted and now many months later she sees that the time is off on the Ace. I plugged it into the laptop, cant get it to sync.
I would love to know what idiots in upper management thought that it was okay to release such products that constantly either do not do what they are supposed to, or else make it incredibly frustrating to set up.
Take a leaf out of some of the competitors!!!!!!!!
