Kid account Charge 4

My wife got a charge 5 for her birthday and since this one still has an visible screen (unlike the other 3 fitbits she previously owned of which the screens all died) she handed the Charge 4 down to my 12y old. 

I'm now trying to install the Charge 4 but the kids account only seems to offer a selection of 3 choices no less. Ace 1,2,3.  How do I install the Charge 4? Or has Fitbit management already decided for me that such a device is incompatible with my child and cannot ever be installed for a kid?

I'm afraid it's the latter. A Kid's account can only be used with an Ace

I've got it to work. Setting the account age to 18 years bypasses the parental input.
