Kids Ace buzzes/phone icon appears when parent receives call

My daughter received her Ace on 12/25/18 and whenever she is wearing it and my iPhone 7 revives an incoming phone call her band will buzz and the phone icon appears.

 

Why does this happen and how can we stop this from happening?

@BabyMamaCT You probably have call notifications turned on for her device.  To turn off, go into her view in the Fitbit app, tap the Account icon (upper right), tap on Ace, tap on Notifications, and then make sure Calls is turned off.
