Hi,

 

I set up a new Ace on my phone.  When I tried to sign in on my child's device it will not let me.

It will allow me to sign in on her phone but will not let me set up her tracker

 

How do I set her's up ?

Do you already have another tracker set up on your phone for you?  If not, download the app on your phone and set up account using your email.

 

Then in your app dashboard, click on the 'Account' icon near top right.  Then click on 'My Family' to set up kids account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
