I set up a family account over a year ago .
now when I’m trying to go on it there are no kids accounts. I can’t add them back on as it says a family account is already set up. It won’t let me go any further please help!

If the issue persists, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Three years later and this is still an issue. Have force stopped the app, cleared cache and storage, uninstalled and reinstalled, and rebooted, and my family still doesn't show up on the Fitbit app even though we've had the family accounts set up for over a year.
This is a terrible failure in design. How has this not been fixed yet?!
