I don’t know if I am doing this wrong. I don’t have a Fitbit myself but I bought my daughters one each. I managed to set up one of them after making an account and the other Fitbit won’t connect or even be acknowledged. What am I doing wrong?

Did you first set up a family account for yourself as guardian?
Are both the daughters' fitbits either Ace or Ace 2?
