My daughters lost her black part of her fit bit and there is clearly a design fault and Fitbit say they can’t track it?
I see many others have had this issue, has anyone else had this resolved as fit but haven’t replied to my email?
Thanks

Hi @Jjrrww this article explains how to find a lost Fitbit, but it needs to be charged. click to read. Fitbit doesn't do email support.

It’s not charged and Fitbit emailed me to offer me a discount and say they couldn’t locate it.

So you received an email with the discount offer, which means they were in touch. It's unfortunate to lose a Fitbit when the battery has died and unable to track it via bluetooth.

We also had this, twice. Pebble fell out and my son came home with an empty band. Out of warranty and Fitbit offered nothing to help. Now it happened again, obviously theres a flaw in the design bc upon googling and reading in this forum it happens alot. I'm on the phone with them now.
