Please help.
My daughter has lost her Fitbit Ace 2. She thought she had lost it in a theatre on a school trip several miles from our home.
Today we have noticed that we are able to sync her Fitbit ace 2. Surely this means that it should be in the house somewhere? If it was miles away it wouldn't sync, am I correct?
Please help....how can we track it. We've been trying bluetooth trackers but they aren't working.
Would be grateful for help and guidance. Thank you. Our daughter is gutted.

Hi @Mia_mummy this is the article for when you've lost your Fitbit - click to read. It pretty much tells you about the bluetooth trackers. If you're able to sync, you're within 25 feet or so of the device. You're right, it's somewhere within range or you wouldn't be able to sync it. Now it's the game of hide and seek. If you have a pet, sometimes they like to move these into a hiding spot. People have found their devices in the strangest places, including inside a cabinet, hidden in the blanket, in the side of a couch and so on. Let us know how the search progresses and we're hoping for good news.
