Ever since the app has been upgraded everytime I switch to my child’s ace 3 to sync their device and then return to parent view the app loses connection with my inspire 2.
I close the app and restart it but it makes no difference, it can no longer see my device and I then have to add my device back onto my account again, lose all the data since I’ve last synced and reset all my settings on activities etc which is getting really frustrating.
I now don’t want to switch between devices, which defeats the whole object of having a family of devices and I use the app to track my son’s sleep as he has autism and it’s really useful to see the quality of sleep he is getting. 🤦🏼:female_sign:🙄 can someone please help.

I have the identical problem. I have added my child's Ace 3 to my app, but now I cannot see anything for my Inpsire 2 - on the "Connected to Fitbit" screen on the app under phone it shows "linked to another device". So, you can only link one device per app? That's not how these kid's watches were advertised, we should be able to manage both watches through a single app as she is too young for her own phone.
