My 8yo daughter has lost (after 7 days!!) the beloved FitBit she saved up for. Is there anyway of tracking where it might be? It looks like it hasn’t moved since late this afternoon but could that be because someone has found it and reset it???

If it still has some battery charge left and it's syncing then it has to be close by (bluetooth range is around 20 feet). Fitbit has a few suggestions for finding it at Help article: I lost my Fitbit tracker

@MrsJayKay welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's Fitbit Ace has been lost. I totally understand how she feels about this.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the tracker is still missing or if you were able to find it after following the great workaround that shared my friend @SteveH.
