Come on Fitbit, a post on the forum from 2018 says this can’t be done. And it looks like it still can’t! It is SO basic and essential for kids, tbh I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it was this rubbish and couldn’t do something SO simple. Really really unimpressed. 👎👎👎👎👎

Hello, thank you for your reply. However, it has been a suggestion since 2018 and is ‘not currently planned’. It must be such an easy bit of programming to do. This is no help. If Fitbit can’t be bothered to properly support the kids versions then don’t just sell them to cash in. Just admit there is a flaw in the product and fix it... sorry, but really disappointed with this, expected better. Best wishes

It is so crappy. Should be some warning. I bought them partly to teach the kids the clock and now it is useless. We do not use Am and pm in sweden we use the 24hour clock and that is what they need to learn in school. So disapointed. Not a cheap clock so a basis future as all other clocks have i assumed was available.
