Just got the Ace 3 for my son. I am not happy that screen turns off so fast! He's 5 and it doesn't stay on long enough to even tell the time. I don't care about the fitbit aspect of this watch, I got for two reasons: (1) to tell time and (2) because he has to wear a patch for his lazy eye and I wanted an easy timer feature. Thinking of returning this and getting a regular digital watch!

Hello @JianaS. and welcome to the Community. I reviewed the Ace 3 manual. I'm sorry, but there isn't any setting to change the screen time out. It's unlikely that Fitbit will change this. Fitbit put this option on some, but not all of its trackers. Only you can decide if it will meet your son's needs.
