Hi - I bought my daughter an Ace 3 then when I realised I had to set up my own account I purchased an Inspire 3. So that we could count steps together... she's 6 years old.
After setting up both devices; my inspire with my Samsung phone and the ace 3 with an old iPhone 8. We set off tracking our steps.
However after a week of counting steps Sunday night came and we were excited to see who had accumulated the most. Fortunately for my sanity my daughter had won by a couple of hundred steps. So all was happy going to bed.
Unfortunately, the following morning looking in the community tab under the friends section. 10,000 steps had been deleted from her total.
I scrolled the Internet for a solution but unfortunately I have had no luck.
I understand on the today page, when you select steps and view the overall for the week. The right amount of steps is counted. However, this does cross over to the community section under the friends tab... its like the app does not sync the correct info to the features in the app... leaderboards, badges etc.
Does anybody know a resolve for this issue?

I've just realised what's going on...
The leader board for the friends section only records seven days of data....
Slowly figuring things out. 🤭
