Recently daughter my daughter a Fitbit.
charged fine to begin with, now it won’t charge and all we get is an ‘!’ displayed on the device. Help!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge the Fitbit Ace for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge properly.
