I have plugged in my ace and it came up that it was charging but it won’t move from that spot. It was charging overnight and when I took it off charge it still says it’s charging. I bought the Fitbit in Argos Athlone on the 5th January 2019.
Please advise me what to do.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for this type of issues. After this, charge your Ace again and see if the issue gets fixed.
