My ace 2 is saying the wrong time

My ace 2 is saying that it us 20:30 am and it's 9:30 I don't know what to do I tried syncing it and changing the time zone but nothing. Help me

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 2. Thank you for the time you spent trying to get them resolved.

 

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these steps.

 

If you followed these instructions without luck, please set up your Ace 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tabEdsonFitbit_0-1654125934504.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Family Account
  3. Tap Child account
  4. Switch to Kid view
  5. Tap your child profile picture
  6. Tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
