My daughters Ace 3 won’t charge more than 1%

I’ve tried changing the charger box and different outlets but nothing works. It comes in right when I plug it in but won’t charge more than 1% and turns off again.

I’m having the same problem. Chat support did not help. We’ve been using the watch for only a week 😔

She’s had hers since Christmas! Worked well for only 3 months
